Your item will be processed and shipped (generally within 1-2 business days) from one of our multiple shipping centers located in the U.S. If you have purchased multiple items, your entire order may not ship in the same shipment or may not ship from the same shipping center. Shipping transit times may vary (dependent on your proximity to the shipping center). Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx and tracking information will be provided.

30 Days Returns
If you would like to return your item, please send us a message through eBay and we will send you an RMA number and return instructions. Once your item is received, we will refund the total order amount minus our original shipping cost to send the item to you. If there is any error on our part, we will gladly refund your standard shipping cost to send the item back to us.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Cancellations
Should you decide to cancel your order, please contact as soon as possible! Although we will make every attempt to honor your request for cancellation, it may not always be possible once the order has been processed by our team. And please keep in mind that we do not answer email during weekends or holidays!
